Note:
Loss weight bukan loss muscle weight.
Cardio exercise : burn fat.
Bodyweight /weight lifting : tone muscle.
Makan mcm biasa cuma kurangkan portion carbs, ratah lauk lebih xpe hihi. Terbabas seminggu sekali bila berbuka umah mertua, xpe anggap je cheat day.
